Vitalcep's employees, agents, logistics partners or designees will deliver the orders placed on the site after the order has been successfully placed and the payment has been processed – except for cash on delivery options for which the full payment in cash must be done at the time of delivery to our representative or logistics partner.

1. Pricing: All the products will be sold at or below MRP unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned at the time of placing an order are the applicable prices.

2. Cancellation Policy: To cancel an order and receive a full refund, you must email us at info@vitalcep.com. If an order has been dispatched, we cannot offer cancellation unless the product is defective/faulty.

3. All the products are Non-returnable and Non-exchangable. The product(s) can only be replaced if it's in defective condition/damaged. The same shall be informed within 48 hours of the delivery of the order via email (info@vitalcep.com), after which the product is not liable for replacement.

5. You Agree and Confirm-

   1. That in the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by Vitacep for redelivery shall be claimed from you.

   2. That you will use the services provided by the Website, its affiliates, consultants and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using and transacting on the Site.

   3. That you will provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested of you. Vitalcep reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time. If upon confirmation your details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), it has the right in its sole discretion to reject the order.

   4. That before placing an order you will check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item's description.

   5. That you must maintain confidentiality of the account information and for all the activities that occur under your account. You must not share your login details, ie, username and password of your account with any other person. Vitalcep shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this provision.
